Coppira is a brand owned and operated by ChikiMaroc Ltd, a registered company based in the United Kingdom. These Terms apply to all users of the website and all transactions conducted through it.

1. Overview

Coppira specializes in handcrafted brass and copper products, including sinks, faucets, showers, lighting, and architectural hardware. All products are made to order using traditional artisanal techniques.

Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coppira. The terms “you” and “customer” refer to any user or purchaser of our products or services.

2. Product Nature & Craftsmanship

  • All Coppira products are handmade from scratch

  • We use solid brass and solid copper only

  • Products are unlacquered and will naturally age and develop patina over time

Natural variations in color, texture, finish, and hammer marks are normal and expected. These characteristics are not defects but an inherent part of handcrafted work.

Product images are provided for visualization purposes only. Due to the handmade nature of our products, exact replication of images is not guaranteed.

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most Coppira items are produced only after an order is placed.

Custom orders may include:

  • Custom dimensions

  • Custom finishes or patina

  • Design modifications

Once production has started:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • Orders are not eligible for refund

Custom and made-to-order items are considered final sale, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website

  • Prices do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees

  • Full payment is required before production begins

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing, technical errors, or product availability issues. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Production Time

Production times vary depending on the product type, order volume, and customization level. Estimated production timelines are provided for guidance only.

Delays may occur due to:

  • The handmade production process

  • Material availability

  • Custom specifications

Production timelines are not guaranteed and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or incomplete or incorrect customer information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance or brokerage fees.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price

  • Are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Are non-refundable

Refusal to pay customs-related charges is not grounds for a refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.

9. Installation & Use

Professional installation by a qualified installer is strongly recommended.

Coppira is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Incompatible plumbing or electrical systems

  • Damage occurring after installation

Care and maintenance guidance is provided for unlacquered brass and copper products.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Coppira and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coppira shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Installation-related issues

  • Delays outside our control

  • Natural aging or patina development

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.

By purchasing from Coppira, you agree that chargebacks or disputes should only be initiated after contacting us. We reserve the right to provide order documentation, images, and communication history in the event of a dispute.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
