Refund policy

At Coppira, every piece is handcrafted from solid brass or copper and made to order. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-to-Order & Handmade Products

All Coppira products are handmade from scratch. Due to the artisanal nature of our work:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, hammer marks, or finish are normal and expected

  • These variations are not considered defects, but a signature of authentic craftsmanship

  • Product photos are for reference and visualization only


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The item arrived damaged due to shipping
✔ The item has a manufacturing defect (excluding natural variations)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Clear photos/videos must be provided for verification


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders (custom size, finish, design)

  • Made-to-order items after production has started

  • Items showing normal patina development or natural aging

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance


Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Once specifications are confirmed and production begins, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

  3. We will assess the issue and offer:

    • A replacement

    • A repair

    • Or a refund


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds cover the product price only

  • Shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Coppira is not responsible for lost return shipments


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started

  • Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not grounds for a refund.
