Production times are estimates and may vary due to the handmade process. Delays related to craftsmanship are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

  • We ship using express international carriers

  • Shipping method is selected automatically based on destination and package size

Delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Typical shipping transit times:

  • Europe & UK: 2–6 business days

  • Australia & Asia: 5–10 business days

Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier operations are outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Accurate email address

Coppira is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information

  • Returned or abandoned shipments due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Shipping Damage

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

We will assess the claim and offer a solution (replacement, repair, or refund if applicable).


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control

  • If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will assist in opening a carrier investigation

  • Coppira is not responsible for carrier-related delays


Partial Shipments

In some cases, large or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages.
Tracking numbers will be provided accordingly.


Signature & Delivery Responsibility

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
Coppira is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
